According to the Scriptures, around 3,000 BC, these fallen watcher angels (aka: grey aliens) were bound in chains and cast into hell.
“And the angels who did not stay within their own position of authority, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains under gloomy darkness until the judgment of the great day.” Jude 1:6
Furthermore in the book of Enoch it states that these fallen angels were bound for a period of 70 generations.
“…Bind them [fallen angels] fast for seventy generations in the valleys of the earth, until the day of their judgment and of their consummation, till the judgment that is forever and ever is consummated.” Enoch 10:12
The book of Enoch is not part of the cannon of Scripture, however many people in Jesus time read from it and memorized it. Moreover there are at least 14 allusions to the book of Enoch in the New Testament. In fact the Bible quotes from it in the book of Jude, therefore, warranting it as an historical document worth taking a look at. Here is the parallel found in Jude….
Jude 14-15, “Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, “Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”
Here it is in Enoch ii, xxvi 2: “Behold, he comes with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon them, and destroy the wicked, and reprove all the carnal for everything which the sinful and ungodly have done and committed against him. … [who utter with their mouths unbecoming language against God, and speak harsh things of his glory.]”
As you can see the quote found in Jude is almost identical to the one in the book of Enoch, therefore establishing my point that this is a legitimate source. But let’s get back to issue at hand.
Considering the watcher angels were bound, by God around 3,000 B.C. and are due to be released after seventy generations (per the book of Enoch). If my calculations are correct that would mean that seventy generations x 70 years would put us in the 1900’s (or twentieth century). This is the exact time that we began witnessing an explosion of knowledge, weaponry, world wars, technology, and immorality.
Additionally, the book of Daniel tells us that knowledge will increase in the latter days (Daniel 12:4). Could this be due to the fact that watcher angels are sharing their information with the masses? Especially considering the 5,000 year gap between their last release (3,000 BC) and now. I mean think about it, for 5,000 years we saw minor advances in technology; people used nothing more than horseback, boat, carriage, and walking to get around. Since the 1900’s we have now entered into a new age of cars, planes, rockets, and we are even traveling to the moon, in a little less than 200 years. In my opinion, it would appear that they have indeed been released!
Now does that mean that no fallen angels existed after God locked them up around 3,000 BC? The answer, rather shockingly is no. In fact, there had to be some type of second rebellion after God locked them up because even after Noah’s flood we find the Nephilim race…
“The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them.” Genesis 6:4
Notice the words, “And also afterwards.” That means even after the flood of Noah, Nephilim invaded the earth. How did they get there? Well, if the original fallen watcher angels were bound in chains, there had to be a second fall of angels. I’m guessing it was not as large at the first one, which would still account for the 5,000 year gap in technological advances, that in addition to God holding them back from further corruption.
In these latter days, the Bible says it will be a time of mass hybridization and corruption of human DNA by fallen angels, also known as the “grey aliens.” (Luke 17:26-27) Furthermore this would account for the increased UFO’S sightings we have seen in the past hundred years. Could this mean they have been released? ….I’ll leave that up to you to decide!

“But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” Matthew 24:37
